Alex Bretherton established ATXpert as an independent forensic consultancy in 2024. He has authored over 700 witness statements and attended court proceedings across the UK, giving evidence both in person and by video link.
His background pairs a pharmacology and forensic-science education with years of hands-on analytical and casework experience, so complex toxicology is explained clearly and impartially in a way that assists the court.
